PCSI Breaks Ground at Environment and Energy Community Outreach EECO Center

Pittsburgh Community Services, Inc. broke ground at the Environment and Energy Community Outreach (EECO) Center site at the corner of East Liberty Boulevard and Larimer Avenue on October 3, 2011. PCSI is the administrative arm of the EECO Center,which is the vision of State Senator Jim Ferlo.
