Q1. In Outlook, when you need to find an email, how to arrange emails by sender and date?

Step 2. In the search box, type the sender name into the “Sender Name”. Like “lucy”, ”Kayla”, then you will see all the message he/she sent to you.

Q3. In Outlook, how to look for attachments?
Like the picture in Q2, In the “Search” tab, find the “Has Attachments” tag. Click it. Then you will find all the emails with attachments. If you want to narrow down to specific sender. Then Click “From” again, and repeat Q2, step 2.

Q4. In Word, how to save another copy of case notes?
Use the “File” <- “Save as” command allows you to edit a document while leaving the original copy unchanged.

Q8. How to transfer calls?
Answer the call, click the “Cnf/Tm” button, (answer your extension?). Hang up the phone.

To check your voice mail, click the blinking “letter” button, enter your extension.

Q10: How to export resume when using WinWay Resume Deluxe? And how to find my resume?
Step 1: When you finish your building of resume, click “File” tab, and choose “Export” button.
Step 2: After spell check, there is going to be a window letting you choose “export file format”. Click the first one will be pdf format which you cannot edit directly on it, click the second one will be Word format which you can edit on it.
Step 3: Select destination. On the left, it will let you to choose the place(file) that you want to save it, normally you can click “Desktop” where is easy to find. And then name your file name.
Step 4: When you want to find or upload your resume, remember go to the file(place) that you save your resume, and then you will see your resume.
