When a customer comes to PCSI, they go through our agency-wide intake assessment and meet with our Case Management staff, who work with customers using a strength-based approach to identify obstacles and support customers in achieving their goals. All case managers are Strength-Based Family Worker certified by Temple University. Customers may be connected with other programs, direct services, or external partners according to the needs identified by our Case Management staff.
